REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Thank you for choosing Simply Luxe Events. We are honored to be part of your special celebration. Due to the custom nature of our event services, rentals, balloon installations, and event planning work, all payments made to Simply Luxe Events are generally non-refundable.

DEPOSITS
All deposits and retainer fees are non-refundable. Your deposit secures your event date and reserves inventory, staff, and preparation time specifically for your event.

CANCELLATIONS
If you choose to cancel your event or service for any reason, payments already made will not be refunded.
​
Depending on the circumstances and availability, Simply Luxe Events may, at its sole discretion, allow payments to be transferred to a future event date within 90 days of the original event date.
​
Date transfers are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.
​
EVENT RENTALS
Rental items must be returned in the same condition they were received.
​
Clients may be responsible for replacement or repair costs for any rental items that are lost, stolen, damaged, excessively dirty, or not returned.

CUSTOM DECOR & BALLOON INSTALLATIONS
Custom balloon displays, event décor, personalized items, and specialty orders are created specifically for your event and are non-refundable once production has begun.

CLIENT NO-SHOWS
If the client fails to attend the scheduled event, pickup, setup, consultation, or rental appointment, no refund will be issued.

WEATHER & UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES
Outdoor events are planned at the client's discretion. Refunds will not be issued due to weather conditions. We will make reasonable efforts to work with clients on rescheduling when possible.

SERVICE ISSUES
If you are dissatisfied with a service provided by Simply Luxe Events, please notify us within 24 hours of your event. We will review concerns on a case-by-case basis and work toward a reasonable resolution.

EXCEPTIONS
Refunds may only be issued if Simply Luxe Events is unable to fulfill the contracted services due to circumstances directly caused by our team. Any approved refund will be issued at the sole discretion of Simply Luxe Events.
