1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking services, renting equipment, making a payment, or using the Simply Luxe Events website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services
Simply Luxe Events provides event rentals, balloon installations, photo booth services, event décor, and related event enhancement services.
​
All services are subject to availability and are not guaranteed until a signed agreement and/or required payment has been received.
​
We reserve the right to decline bookings that fall outside our service area, availability, or service capabilities.
​
3. Quotes, Pricing & Payments
All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
​
A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your event date.
​
The remaining balance must be paid according to the timeline outlined in your service agreement.
​
Failure to make payments by the due date may result in cancellation of services and forfeiture of any payments already made.
​
Prices are subject to change until a booking is confirmed.
​
4. Event Date Changes & Cancellations
Client-requested cancellations are non-refundable.
​
Requests to reschedule an event must be submitted in writing and are subject to availability.
​
Simply Luxe Events will make reasonable efforts to accommodate date changes but cannot guarantee availability for a new date.

5. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing:

Accurate event information

Access to the event venue at agreed-upon times

Adequate setup and breakdown access

Any required venue permissions or approval
Delays caused by venue restrictions, lack of access, or inaccurate event details may result in additional fees.

6. Balloon Installations & Décor
Balloon installations and event décor are custom-designed for each event.
​
Balloon displays may be affected by weather, temperature, sunlight, wind, venue conditions, and handling after installation.
​
Simply Luxe Events is not responsible for balloons or décor once setup has been completed and accepted by the client.
​
7. Photo Booth Services
Clients are responsible for ensuring adequate space and power access for photo booth setup.
​
Photo booth services may be interrupted by venue internet issues, power outages, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
Guests are expected to use equipment responsibly. The client may be held responsible for damage caused by guests during the rental period.
8. Rental Equipment
All rental items remain the property of Simply Luxe Events.
Clients are responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged, or excessively dirty rental items while in their possession.
Replacement or repair costs may be charged when applicable.
9. Weather & Force Majeure
Simply Luxe Events is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or service interruptions caused by weather, natural disasters, venue closures, government
restrictions, acts of God, or other circumstances beyond our control.
10. Photography & Marketing
Unless otherwise requested in writing, Simply Luxe Events reserves the right to photograph completed installations, event décor, and rental setups for
promotional, portfolio, website, and social media purposes.
We will never share private client information without permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Simply Luxe Events shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of
our services, rentals, website, or event participation.
Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific services provided.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website and become effective immediately
upon publication.
